Below are the forms you will need to sign your child up for Greenville Rocket Football. Print and fill out your child's information. Then bring these with you on sign up day. This will greatly decrease the time it normally takes to do sign-ups.
On sign up day, along with the completed sign up forms, you will also need the child's birth certificate. The child must be present at sign up so they can be weighed ( Tackle only ). We have weight restrictions per league rules and an overweight child may be moved up,
if he has pervious years of tackle experience.
